The exercises all start from G, so may be a bit low for the very high voices... just leave off the lowest 2 repeats.

Most male voices should be comfortable an octave down, but again if you need, leave off the ones that feel too low.

Make sure that you are never reaching or straining for the top notes on the exercises: it should all feel easy, powerful and consistent throughout your range.
